My name is Paul Tweedie and Live in Takapuna Auckland. 

I am an experienced property developer having worked under the District Plan creating a number of mixed used, multi dwelling as well as stand alone developments. 

These developments were primarily in the Residential sector on the city fringe but I have also developed significant commercial properties in Penrose and the outer suburbs.

The new Unitary Plan has reignited a passion for development and I recently formed Ashton Residential in an effort to help bridge the need for cost effective residential development aimed at first home buyers.
